Following our previous message, a reminder that a scheduled network upgrade
will take place in approximately three days (October 17). To be
sufficiently prepared, a user, service, merchant, pool operator, or
exchange should run CLI v0.17 or GUI v0.17.
Additionally, CLI & GUI v0.17.1.0 'Oxygen Orion', which include important
security (with respect to privacy provided by Dandelion++) and bug fixes,
have recently been tagged and release binaries have been made available on
