Radio communication village options

Hello list, Remember that this is the last week to apply for a GMRS license, in case you decide it's a good idea for you. Probably it's only recommendable if you might use it for non village things as well. If you don't have a license and want to get one, easy to pass exams are given just some seconds walking distance from our village doors. You can then transmit high power on 144–148 MHz and 420–450 MHz. Forthcoming online and mandatory meetings

This place looks like a small zoo, but entrance is free of charge. The meeting is finished once we've walked across to Caesars and have found our village. If you're worried about missing the meeting, contact another friendly staff person for details (ahead of time.) Bring your kids or nephews, and show them the turtles. Even better, lets write to these people and request that they accept Monero and advertise this. Inform them that there is a village just one level over where they can receive personal guidance and instruction how to receive Monero in their sales. Defcon entrance advance purchase

Hello list, We have the option to purchase our Defcon entrances in advance. This privilege is given to village helpers in order to avoid a long line on site. If you want to purchase your Defcon entrance in advance, please tell me publicly or privately in a very clear manner. I have no information about any difference in conditions (other than avoiding the line) so expect to pay the same amount in the same correct amount cash manner. Hello list, The Defcon village contact answered our question 'what kind of insurance does Defcon provide our village?' Answer Defcon provides blanket coverage for damage, fire, that sort of thing. If you have specific equipment you want covered you need to insure it yourself. Card printing ideas

Hello list, This email relates to Monero activity in the village. We've secured an interesting promotional giveaway that requires glueing to a thick paper card. The handout of hundreds of these things should promote our village activities. Does anybody have a good source for printing colour or black and white on index card sized two sided paper? There should at least be a large easy to read map directing the public to the village doors. The other side can list a few events (for example keynote) and times of giveaways. I'm a bit busy manufacturing the badges, so am quite hopeful to find another person to create the index cards. MSB license assistance for ATM operation

Hello list, As agreed in the village meeting, here is the offer from our local Vegas ATM operators. The company has offered to operate our machine using their MSB (money transmitter) license. They have a fixed KYC policy as well, so I assume that exchanging small sums with no identification or large sums after photo identification is possible to configure. Regardless of whether we accept their offer, it's possible that we reconfigure the machine for all the reasons given during the meeting. I'm trying to: Ensure that people can exchange small amounts for testing purposes with no loss of private data (no free giveaway of face, blood type, numbers, and whatever else appears on identification cards.) Request that one treasurer can be copied on all private email. Request that we maintain control over the machine, in order to open it and review its construction for education purposes. Request that I can reveal the name of the company and the names of people who will service the machine using the MSB. Request that we can verify that they have a MSB license. QUESTIONS We can reject this offer and try to have the machine in our village even with no proper license. If anybody wants this, please suggest how the arrangement should be. Does anybody want to be the contact person for this company if we choose to accept their offer to operate our loaned machine? Are there other questions aside from the 'Im trying to...' list that I should ask them in the next days?
