This is at least partially true, as they support quite a lot of projects
across the world and don't have time to evaluate much. It seems to me
that they focus on numbers at the expense of personal attention.
They are still on track to fulfill their pledge for a promotional item,
in any case.
perhaps they were using the computers as some form of proverbial
carrot.
They requested that the computers be put in operation for no other
purpose than to educate village visitors and reuse for similar purposes
in the future. They don't ask for a reward of any kind.
I would have put my name in more roster places (if that helped) - but
i know there are better educators than I for certain tasks.
My opinion is that having two trainers and you as the coordinator
doesn't work, so we will probably need to cancel a lot of guided (with
personal mentors) time slots.
Unless you want to train for most of the day (I hope not) then consider
just taking a couple slots as you already did. That's helpful indeed.
the challenge/puzzles are being actively developed, with contribution
from the community - as the challenge/puzzle list attests.
I agree, it's nice to see so many. Because they are not on our published
materials, we can make changes up to the last minute. We can drop the
least attractive ones and redistribute those resources.

Our contest and challenge list is just fine, in my opinion.
The rota is a different list. The number (two plus coordinator) of
education table mentors is weak. A possible goal number is at least one
person during each rota hour who visitors can speak with. It looks like
this goal will fail however.
I hope nobody takes more than two hours there, trying to reduce the
problem. That risks creating a different problem, loss of fun and a new
lack somewhere else.
