1. Should we incorporate a LLC in Nevada? Having a project company would make it easier to
pay taxes from the sale of badges and other Monero related merchandise.
* No, those who do sales are responsible for paying the tax in their own name. PostScript:
We probably want to keep track of who does sales at the village and follow up with them
say, a week after to make sure we abide by the law and don't get DefCon in trouble
2. How to best resolve the conflict w/ Coffee Hour next meeting (7/14)
* Addressed prior, Coffee Hour will be at 17UTC; no future conflict
3. General Bytes machine loan (high priority)

* Consensus on 'just running it' if possible
* We must return it by post to Florida and pay postage, Corklander to take care of
packaging if allowed
* Network connectivity needs to still be figured out. General Bytes suggests connecting a
3G phone to it
* Corkloander to look into the manual to be able to train up any volunteers
