It certainly couldn't hurt to do something like that and we want the
most people able to attend to have the best consensus. I've created one

The meeting time will always be 15UTC (for now) to make it easy to
remember in the event we have to do a meeting a week after instead of
the usual every two weeks and so we don't conflict with the Coffee or
Community Workgroup meetings at 16/17UTC. Next meeting will be 6/16
