Remember that this is the last week to apply for a GMRS license,
in case you decide it's a good idea for you. Probably it's only
recommendable if you might use it for non village things as well.

AMATEUR
Our village has a amateur radio contact frequency (see above.) If
you don't have a license and want to get one, easy to pass exams
are given just some seconds walking distance from our village doors.
You can then transmit high power on 144–148 MHz and 420–450 MHz.
