Minutes:
1. Suggested to have a byline for press outlets
* sgp to work with xmrhaelen / Outreach workgroup
* Suggested by msvb-lab: "Download five or six AP (associate press) storylines. This
is what most noninvestigative (cheap) media shops do. They develop the byline that's
created by their subscription to AP. [...] just replace words to suit our topic. It's
actually quite easy to copy their 10-20 line format."
2. sgp created basic monetary policy which can be found here:

* There will likely be a 30 min training session sometime before village opening to
familiarize volunteers with payment methods, but it doesn't hurt to examine how to use
sub-addresses, Kasisto, and Monerujo now before DefCon

4. sneurlax submitted their name and address for the DefCon for the one-time promoter app;
please make sure to have your Nevada sales tax paid/submitted **before** leaving DefCon
