Note that our last online meeting is this Saturday. Keep watch

learn the time and agenda items.
It's your last chance to avoid confusion on site in Vegas. Think
of the questions you'll have after arriving in Vegas and ask them
instead during the online meeting.
MANDATORY MEETING
Village staff (folks who have carried out a planning role) have
a on site (with shoes and hand shakes) mandatory meeting at the
Flamingo Wildlife Habitat:

Time: 14:00 local Las Vegas time (two hours after noontime)

Place: Fountain by the entrance exit doors

The fountain is a few seconds distance from Carlos N'Charlie's
restaurant, as well as the Paradise Garden Buffet, where some will
be eating lunch. This place looks like a small zoo, but entrance is
free of charge.
The meeting is finished once we've walked across to Caesars and
have found our village. If you're worried about missing the meeting,
contact another friendly staff person for details (ahead of time.)
Bring your kids or nephews, and show them the turtles.
