For example, we need to create a room floor space plan indicating where tables, chairs, a projector, screen, and other objects should be placed by the hotel staff. It seems we may be lucky and might not need to provide any of these things (a projector and loudspeakers for example) by ourselves? EMAIL I've requested permission from our DefCon village contact to share their email address, so the appropriate managers (treasurer, A/V, floor, etcetera) can directly answer the questions they are asking. LOCATION While reading the Caesars Palace map, please remember that most villages did not receive a Caesars location. They are on the other side of the strip, far from the main proceedings. We received less space than we wanted, but did get a good location at Caesars.
